New Product Go-to-Market Plan
Project included articulation of the product vision, assessment of the current and desired market positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis. Leveraging product, sales and marketing resources within this large,global London-based firm, we were able to create a go-to-market plan that included internal and external communication/messaging, sales enablement as well as a project plan for execution.
New Product Launch
The goal of the effort was to exploit a small window of opportunity to launch a new solution into the market before competitors were well established. The firm needed help in positioning, as well as extra resources to execute on a full launch across multiple internal product groups. The project successfully delivered all collateral, website content, sales presentations for external meetings and training for the sales team, the launch press release, initial press contact and interviews within the 6-week time frame.
Market Segment Research and Strategy Recommendations
The project included conducting primary market research with Top 100 US banks to understand requirements around the client's specific solution areas. Interviews were conducted within the line of business and results collated and analyzed. Project deliverables included research results, product positioning and messaging for the current LOB solutions and recommendations for future potential areas of expansion outside the current product set.
